The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of Rwanda is a fully funded postgraduate scholarship for Master’s studies at the University of Rwanda. It targets economically disadvantaged African students, with emphasis on women in STEM, refugees, displaced youth, and persons with disabilities, and includes a comprehensive package of benefits for a two-year Master’s programme. The current cohort supports 30 scholarships for the 2026/2027 cycle.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Applicants must be Rwandan or African citizens, have a relevant Bachelor’s degree, be under 40 (male) or under 45 (female) at application, and demonstrate economic disadvantage, disability or refugee status, leadership potential and community engagement.
