Mastercard Foundation Internship 2026

The Mastercard Foundation Internship 2026 is a fixed-term internship program for young professionals with limited or no prior work experience. It offers exposure to international development practices, mentorship, professional development opportunities, and hands-on experience across Mastercard Foundation initiatives in Africa. The 11-month, non-renewable program supports projects across various Teams and includes access to onboarding, orientation, and learning platforms.

Mentorship and coaching by experienced professionals; participation in professional development workshops and networking; exposure to international development practices; hands-on experience with leading African institutions, private sector partners, and government stakeholders; enhanced readiness for future career opportunities aligned with the Young Africa Works strategy.

Be a recent graduate with 0–4 years of work experience and hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution; demonstrate interest in youth development, social impact, and inclusive growth in Africa.
