The ARES International Scholarships fund nationals of ARES partner countries to follow specialization Masters or continuing training programmes at universities of the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles in Belgium. The programme aims to strengthen professional capacities to contribute to sustainable development in participants' countries of origin across strategic sectors. Covered fields include public health, human rights, environment, risk management and educational technologies. Scholarships support either a full academic year for Masters or short continuing training courses (generally between 2 and 6 months).

Round-trip international travel; monthly living allowance (€1,150); reduced university registration fees; mandatory health insurance; initial installation allowance (~€700).
Conditions d'éligibilité
Applicants must be nationals and residents of one of ARES's 31 partner countries, hold a diploma equivalent to a Belgian academic degree, have at least two years of relevant professional experience, and meet the specific admission criteria of the chosen programme.
