The International Training Scholarships, offered by ARES under Belgium’s Wallonia–Brussels Federation, support candidates from eligible developing countries to pursue specialised bachelor’s and master’s programmes (1 year) or continuing education courses (2–6 months) in Belgium. The scholarships cover tuition fees, international travel, a subsistence allowance, visa-related expenses, and insurance for bachelor’s/master’s programmes, with additional coverage for continuing education. Scholars are expected to act as agents of change upon returning home.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Be a permanent resident working in one of the 31 ARES partner countries (including Palestine, regardless of residency). Hold a degree equivalent to 300 ECTS for master’s/continuing education or 180 ECTS for specialized baccalaureate. Have at least two years of relevant professional experience post-graduation.
