The CERN Administrative Student Programme 2026 offers practical experience in an international environment while learning how administration supports world-leading scientific research. Administrative Students develop skills, contribute to real projects, and gain exposure to administrative functions in a multidisciplinary setting.

Avantages

Monthly allowance, paid leave, health insurance coverage, potential family supplement, travel expenses to Geneva.

Conditions d'éligibilité

National of a CERN Member State or Associate Member State; enrolled as a full-time student in Administration, Communication, Finance, Human Resources, Law, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field; completed at least 18 months of studies in the field; PhD students or holders are not eligible; fluent in English or French.

Candidature

Submit CV (English or French), supporting documents, and optionally an academic reference letter or transcript; apply through the official application portal.
