Arts Mobility Grant

The Arts Mobility Grant is a funding program by the Finnish Cultural Foundation (SKR) to support artists and art critics participating in international activities and projects outside Finland. It funds involvement in residencies, exhibitions, festivals, and international collaboration initiatives to foster cross-cultural engagement, with grant awards ranging from €3,000 to €10,000 and coverage for travel, accommodation, residency fees, and related project expenses.

Funding from €3,000 to €10,000; coverage of international travel expenses; accommodation costs; residency fees where applicable; support for shipping and insuring artworks; potential to offset carbon emissions from travel; expanded international networks and collaborations.

Applicants must be an artist or art critic working in any artistic discipline. Working groups and registered associations may also apply. The proposed project must take place outside Finland and last at least two consecutive weeks.

Submit a detailed project budget, CV, samples of work or critical writing, a project plan, and an invitation letter if available.
