Selection for Members of the General Education Institutions Authorization Board

The selection is a call for candidates to join the General Education Institutions Authorization Board, with specified quotas for representatives from public and private general education institutions and from employers/NGOs/international organisations. Candidates should meet academic and professional experience requirements and will serve as board members whose functions are defined by the Authorization Regulations. Nominations may be made by institutions, employers, civil society or international organisations, or by the candidates themselves.

Candidates include representatives of public and private general education institutions (administrative or pedagogical staff) and representatives of employers, civil society organisations working in education, and international organisations. Requirements include at least a Master's degree (or equivalent) and at least 10 years' experience in administration or pedagogical work for institutional representatives, or relevant managerial experience and an employing organisation for employer/NGO/international organisation nominees; a candidate cannot be a civil servant.

Submit a written nomination/application to the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia within the stated period, accompanied by a CV, employment records/certificates and proof of higher education; nominations may be submitted by institutions, employers, civil society or international organisations, or by the candidate.
