The ITU-Huawei Generation Connect Young Leadership Programme (GCYLP) 2025 is a fellowship-style programme that supports young digital leaders to develop and implement community-driven digital development projects. It provides guidance, training, and financial support to selected fellows, including mentorship and an in-person Development Week in Geneva, Switzerland. Fellows may receive up to 10,000 USD in grant funding for their projects, with an initial 5,000 USD disbursed to begin implementation and a potential additional 5,000 USD awarded for impactful projects at year end.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Applicants must be 18-28 years old, currently enrolled or recently graduated from a tertiary education in a STEM field or a demonstrably STEM-related programme, and able to communicate in English.
