The Generation Connect Young Leadership Programme (GCYLP) is a programme to engage, empower, and inspire young digital leaders and changemakers. ITU, in partnership with Huawei, provides guidance, training and financial support to fellows to help implement digital development projects in their communities. Fellows receive mentorship and leadership training and may participate in an in-person Development Week in Geneva, Switzerland, with an initial grant to implement a project and potential additional funding to scale successful initiatives.

Conditions d'éligibilité
GCYLP Fellows are young individuals aged 18 to 28 who are currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from tertiary education programmes in STEM or closely related fields.
