The Steve Waugh Foundation Grants for Young Australians with Rare Diseases provide targeted financial support to young people living with rare diseases in Australia. Conditions d'éligibilité
Applicants must be aged 0–25, have a formally diagnosed rare disease meeting the Foundation’s prevalence requirement, be an Australian citizen or permanent resident for at least five years, hold an Australian Medicare card, provide appropriate medical/diagnostic evidence and demonstrate that government funding has been sought for the requested support.
