WomEng Southern Africa Fellowship 2025

WomEng Southern Africa Fellowship 2025 is a hybrid learning programme designed for young women in engineering and technology. It provides modules focused on leadership, innovation, employability, and renewable energy, with online and live sessions, mentorship, and networking opportunities. The fellowship targets soon-to-be engineering graduates based in Botswana, Namibia and South Africa.

Access to resources and learning objectives focused on leadership, innovation, well-being and employability; expanded professional network; access to mentorship opportunities; connection with a community of women in engineering and technology; possible attendance at a networking event with leaders from De Beers Group and WomHub.

Open to engineering, technology and built environment students who identify as women; must be studying full-time at a university or university of technology in South Africa, Botswana or Namibia; in the second last to final year of undergraduate studies or full-time postgraduate studies; able to commit 7-9 hours per month from March 2025.
