WomEng Southern Africa Fellowship 2025 is a hybrid learning programme designed for young women in engineering and technology. It provides modules focused on leadership, innovation, employability, and renewable energy, with online and live sessions, mentorship, and networking opportunities. The fellowship targets soon-to-be engineering graduates based in Botswana, Namibia and South Africa.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Open to engineering, technology and built environment students who identify as women; must be studying full-time at a university or university of technology in South Africa, Botswana or Namibia; in the second last to final year of undergraduate studies or full-time postgraduate studies; able to commit 7-9 hours per month from March 2025.

Submit completed applications by 27 February 2025; expert panel will screen and shortlist applicants; successful applicants will be contacted.
