African Plant Nutrition Outreach Fellowship 2026

Applications are open for the African Plant Nutrition Outreach Fellowship 2026. The fellowship supports African scientists, extension specialists, or educators conducting education, training, and communication programs to improve the use and efficiency of plant nutrients in African agro-ecosystems. Awards of USD 5,000 each are available through the African Plant Nutrition Institute (APNI).

Awards of USD 5,000 each.

Full-time scientists, extension specialists or educators working at an African NARES institution, university, non-profit organization, or in the private sector are eligible. Students are not eligible for this award.

Submit an application detailing how the fellowship will advance outreach or implementation of soil fertility management, along with two letters of support and a CV.
