African Plant Nutrition Outreach Fellowship Award 2024

The African Plant Nutrition Outreach Fellowship Award 2024 offers two fellows funding to develop education, training, and communication programs focused on improving the use and efficiency of plant nutrients in African agriculture. The fellowship supports activities that enhance outreach and knowledge translation related to soil fertility management. Fellows will receive a grant to implement their proposed plan over the award period.

USD 5,000 grant per recipient to fund outreach, education, training, and communication activities; recognition as a fellow.

Full-time scientists, extension specialists or educators working at an African NARES institution (National Agricultural Research and Extension System), university, non-profit organization, or in the private sector are eligible. Students are not eligible for this award.

Submit a description of the proposed outreach plan, two letters of support (one from supervisor), a CV, and a short report on fund usage through the online application.
