Mosaic 3.0 PhD Scholarship Programme

The Mosaic 3.0 PhD Scholarship Programme provides funding for PhD positions in the Netherlands for researchers from under-represented migrant and recent asylum backgrounds. The programme offers up to €420,000 per project and accepts PhD proposals across all academic disciplines, hosted by Dutch research institutions. Two target groups are recognised: researchers with a non-European migration background and junior refugee researchers with a recent asylum background, with separate funding structures for each group.
