The Hope Foundation Scholarship for Research on Ageing supports postgraduate students undertaking research related to ageing and its effects on individuals and society. It is awarded to students enrolled in a Master’s by thesis or Doctoral programme at Victoria University of Wellington who are researching topics related to ageing. The scholarship provides a monetary award paid per annum to assist with research costs. Recipients must provide evidence of ethical approval or application for approval for their research.
Avantages
NZD 6,000 per annum stipend paid in two equal installments at the beginning of each trimester.
Conditions d'éligibilité
Applicants must be enrolled or intending to enrol full-time or part-time in a Master’s by thesis or Doctoral programme at Victoria University of Wellington and must research a topic related to ageing. Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents; international students may be considered at the Foundation’s discretion. Applicants must demonstrate strong academic merit, submit a research proposal, and provide evidence that ethical approval has been applied for or approved.
Candidature
Submit a two-page research proposal, a CV including two referees and relevant publications, and evidence of ethical approval or application for approval through the official scholarship application process.
