Praxis Startup Apprenticeship Program

Praxis is an 8-month, fully online college-alternative apprenticeship program for young adults that runs in two phases: a 6-week Incubate foundation and a ~6-month Accelerate phase with Career and Entrepreneurship tracks. The Career Track focuses on skills in sales, marketing, operations, and customer success, plus a supported job search and a job-offer guarantee. The Entrepreneurship Track pairs participants with a mentor to develop and launch a venture. The program includes mentorship, project work to build a portfolio, and introductions to Praxis's hiring partners.

Mentorship, portfolio projects, supported job search with warm introductions to hiring partners, job-offer guarantee for Career Track (refund if guarantee conditions are not met), and training in career or entrepreneurship skills.

Most participants are between 17 and 25, including recent high school graduates, students rethinking college, and early-career young adults; the program is fully online so candidates can join from anywhere.

Apply via the program website / online application on Praxis's site.
