A UKRI / EPSRC funding opportunity to support development of an industry-standard, open-source hardware security research platform and associated one-year research projects. Awards will support work on semiconductor security vulnerabilities, security-aware EDA tools, hardware security design methodologies and related areas.

Avantages

One-year research award funding (up to £240,000 EPSRC contribution), resources, training and support related to the open-source hardware security platform; research outputs intended to inform platform design and translation to industry.

Conditions d'éligibilité

Applicants must be based at a UK research organisation eligible for EPSRC funding; projects must be led by a project lead who satisfies EPSRC standard eligibility rules. All named staff should be existing employees of an eligible organisation; international co-leads are not permitted though international collaborators may be included as partners.
