EPSRC Programme grant (full proposal)

The EPSRC Programme grant is a competitive research grant providing flexible funding to world-leading research groups addressing major research challenges across the engineering and physical sciences remit. Grants support interdisciplinary and collaborative projects that assemble internationally recognised teams and enable longer-term strategic research. Funding can be awarded for up to six years and is intended to create critical-mass investments that enhance UK research visibility and capacity. Applications to full proposal stage are by invitation only following a successful outline application.

Applicants must be based at an eligible UK research organisation. Only invited applicants may submit a full proposal following a successful outline application. International project co-lead roles are only permitted where the application uses specified UKRI international agreements.
