The Capital Reporting Fellowship is a summer program placing students and new journalists in States Newsroom newsrooms across the United States to cover state government and related policy areas. The program includes financial compensation and professional development, such as mentoring and portfolio improvement, with a focus on underrepresented backgrounds in journalism.
