BCG Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Internship Program 2024

The Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Internship Program is a 10-week immersive summer internship offered by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for students from underrepresented groups. The program provides mentorship, training and development, and work experience as a member of a BCG case team, with the potential for a scholarship and an offer to return as a Summer Associate after completing the program. It targets sophomores at U.S. or Canadian universities who expect to graduate between December 2026 and August 2027 and aims to prepare them for leadership in consulting and the global business community.

Open to current sophomores (second-year students) at U.S. or Canadian universities who expect to graduate between December 2026 and August 2027; must be Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, or Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native; with outstanding academic achievement and leadership qualities.
