UNDP Transport Legal Analyst

The Transport Legal Analyst rôle involves providing legal drafting support and technical assistance related to Moldova’s EU accession process, focusing on transposing EU transport directives and regulations into national legislation. The position requires coordination with government bodies and international organizations and involves legal analysis, regulatory drafting, and support for negotiation and alignment with EU acquis in transport policy.

Applicants should have an advanced university degree in law (or a bachelor’s degree with additional qualifying experience) and relevant experience in law or policy development, with fluency in English, Romanian, and Russian.
