EU Delegation to South Africa Traineeship Program 2025

The EU Delegation to the Republic of South Africa offers a traineeship of up to 6 months within the Political, Press, and Information Section, beginning in June 2025. The programme provides hands-on experience in diplomacy, international relations, and EU-South Africa cooperation, with opportunities to conduct research and support public diplomacy activities under guidance from Delegation staff.

You may apply if you are a young graduate with a university diploma (at least Bachelor’s degree) in International Relations, Law, Social Studies, Politics, Economics or similar, and you have the right to work in the Republic of South Africa or a valid work permit.
