European Defence Agency (EDA) Traineeships

European Defence Agency annually runs a 1-year Traineeship Programme aimed at recent university graduates who want to transition to the world of work in an organisation at the heart of defence cooperation in Europe. Trainees receive a monthly allowance and a meal allowance, with insurance and opportunities to gain insight into policies and processes shaping European defence capabilities.

Trainees receive a monthly allowance of €1,476.34 and a fixed €100/month meal allowance; health and accident insurance is mandatory. Additional allowances may be available for trainees with disabilities.

Nationals of EU Member States participating in the Agency may apply; candidates must have completed at least the first cycle of higher education and obtained a degree by the closing date, have very good knowledge of English plus at least one additional participating Member State language, and hold a PSCC.
