KPMG Global Internship Program (GIP) 2025

KPMG’s Global Internship Program (GIP) is a fully funded, four-week international internship opportunity for students who have already secured a local KPMG internship. The program offers hands-on, cross-border experience in Audit, Tax, or Advisory while working alongside global professionals. It helps participants build real-world business skills, enhance cross-cultural understanding, and grow their international professional network.

Flight tickets to and from host country, visa support, accommodation, mobility and placement allowances, mentorship and career development support, access to KPMG’s global training and professional network.

Undergraduate students or recent graduates (within the last 12 months) who are citizens of eligible countries and have secured a local KPMG internship offer.

Online application followed by video interviews and assessments; shortlisted candidates are matched with a KPMG office abroad based on availability and fit; applicants must secure a local KPMG internship first and then express interest in the Global Internship Program.
