Dr. Roger Arliner Young (RAY) Fellowship Program 2026

The Dr. Roger Arliner Young (RAY) Fellowship Program is a two-year paid fellowship designed to support recent college graduates pursuing careers in conservation, energy efficiency, and renewable energy. Fellows are placed with host organizations in the United States and receive professional development opportunities, mentorship, and a competitive salary with additional stipends for development activities.

Full-time paid position with benefits; professional development opportunities; stipend for development activities; placement within host organizations.

Applicants must be within three years of undergraduate graduation and able to work in the United States for the full two-year fellowship.
