The Dr. Roger Arliner Young (RAY) Fellowship Program is a two-year paid fellowship designed to support recent college graduates pursuing careers in conservation, energy efficiency, and renewable energy. Fellows are placed with host organizations in the United States and receive professional development opportunities, mentorship, and a competitive salary with additional stipends for development activities.
