Applications are open for an award promoting innovative empirical economics research to inform development policy in Asia and the Pacific. The prize includes a $7,000 grant and top papers presented at the ADB Annual Meeting.

A $7,000 grant to the author of the award-winning paper; top three papers presented at the 2025 ADB Annual Meeting session.

Conditions d'éligibilité

The paper must be an original research work in economics that provides evidence for better solutions/policies to address a key development challenge in Asia and the Pacific; researchers from any country may apply; the policy solutions must be relevant for an ADB developing member country.

Candidature

Submit a full paper with title, abstract (≤100 words), JEL codes, and full names of authors via the provided submission portal.
