ICDE 2026 Student Travel Awards

Student travel awards to attend the ICDE 2026 conference in Montreal, Canada (May 4-8, 2026). Grants are intended to partially cover travel costs for students, with priority for students from underrepresented countries, underrepresented groups at the conference, and/or first-time ICDE attendees. The award is US$500 per in-person attendee, with the amount subject to change based on funds. Awardees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements; reimbursement details are provided after acceptance.

Applicants must be full-time students in good standing (graduate or undergraduate) and affiliated with universities that do not already have a considerable presence at ICDE; applicants should explain other funding sources and applications from underrepresented groups are encouraged. Presenting a paper at the conference or workshops is welcomed but not mandatory.
