Conference on Occupational Mismatch and Skill Shortage

The Conference on Occupational Mismatch and Skill Shortage is the final conference of the TRAILS Project, focused on research about occupational mismatch and skill shortages. It will be a one-and-a-half-day in-person event including a keynote lecture, presentation of selected papers, and a policy panel. The conference is funded by the EU Horizon programme and takes place in Naples, Italy on September 10–11, 2026.

Coverage of lunches on both conference days and a Thursday dinner reception; inclusion of selected papers in the conference program and exposure to keynote and policy panel.

Interested authors are invited to submit papers by e-mail in PDF format.
