The Conference on Occupational Mismatch and Skill Shortage is the final conference of the TRAILS Project, focused on research about occupational mismatch and skill shortages. It will be a one-and-a-half-day in-person event including a keynote lecture, presentation of selected papers, and a policy panel. The conference is funded by the EU Horizon programme and takes place in Naples, Italy on September 10–11, 2026.

Eligibility

Interested authors are invited to submit papers by e-mail in PDF format.
