Harkness Fellowships in Health Care Policy and Practice 2027-2028

The Harkness Fellowships in Health Care Policy and Practice offer midcareer professionals a year in the United States to conduct internationally comparative research on a health care delivery or policy issue, with mentorship from U.S. experts. Fellows participate in leadership development activities, gain exposure to the U.S. health care system, and build a cross-national network for collaboration. The program provides dedicated research funding and a monthly living stipend, round-trip airfare, relocation support, health insurance, and taxes coverage, with potential family supplements.
