The NIH Undergraduate Scholarship Program (UGSP) is a funded scholarship for undergraduate students committed to careers in biomedical, behavioral, and social science research. It provides financial assistance of up to US$20,000 per academic year, paid summer research internships, mentorship, and professional development while scholars conduct research within NIH Intramural Research Laboratories. Scholarships are awarded for one academic year and may be renewed for up to two additional years. Recipients have a post-graduation service commitment to serve in the NIH Intramural Research Program for each year of funding received, which may be deferred for approved advanced degree study.

Requisiti
