EPFL School of Life Sciences Summer Research Program 2027

The EPFL Life Sciences Summer Research Program 2027 is a fully funded eight-week research internship for undergraduate and Master’s students to carry out a lab-based project in the life sciences at EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland. Participants select up to three labs and receive mentorship, seminars, and a closing symposium. The program covers a stipend, free accommodation, and international airfare support, with a deadline for applications in late 2026.

Hands-on laboratory work for eight weeks, expert mentorship, access to seminars and workshops, and a closing symposium with poster presentations or talks

Open to undergraduate and Master’s degree students who have completed at least two years of undergraduate study or the first year of a Master’s program by the start of the program; recent graduates within one year may also be eligible, especially if pursuing a Master’s degree in a life-sciences-related field.
