Talento Rural Joven

Talento Rural Joven is a cohort-based programme for young people with strong ties to rural Cantabria that provides a cycle of training to promote innovation, personal skills development and collaboration for rural development. The programme offers tools and accompaniment to help participants contribute to an active, competitive and inclusive rural territory, attract talent and generate quality employment. It supports project development and collaboration among participants and has produced several community projects in previous editions.

Applicants must be young people with strong ties to the rural environment of Cantabria: registered in a municipality of Cantabria or demonstrate a stable link, with links to municipalities of fewer than 5,000 inhabitants. Candidates must be higher education students (university degree, advanced vocational training or university master) and have been born between 2000 and 2008 inclusive.
