The 2026 Nigeria Leadership Journey for Professional Woman

The 2026 Nigeria Leadership Journey is a fully-funded, 12-month leadership development program for mid-career women working in health-related fields. It combines virtual learning, mentorship, coaching, and two in-person residencies to strengthen leadership skills, voice, and influence within global public health. Participants join a diverse network of peers, mentors, and coaches and complete a health leadership project during the journey.

Virtual learning sessions, virtual mentorship, and virtual coaching; in-person Leadership Immersion residencies; travel and lodging fully covered; access to a global network of peers and mentors; a health leadership project and ongoing alumni support.

Open to women who identify as female, work in public health policy/practice/research in Nigeria, and meet mid-career criteria; applicants must reside in Nigeria and be Nigerian nationals with strong English skills.
