VLDB 2026 Travel Support

Travel support grants for students, postdoctoral researchers and faculty to attend the 52nd International Conference on Very Large Data Bases (VLDB 2026) in Boston, MA, USA. Grants aim to support travel and lodging expenses and recipients have their conference registration fees waived. Awards are expected to be up to US$1,750 and expenses are reimbursed after the conference. Applicants must submit a budget and a nominator letter as part of the application.

Full-time students (undergraduate or graduate), postdoctoral fellows/researchers, or faculty who are either affiliated with universities without considerable presence at VLDB or have a paper at the conference; applicants must state they have no other funding and include a nominator letter (faculty advisor for students or senior faculty/department head for faculty). Preference given to applicants interested in database research and from under-represented regions.
