The fellowship cohort works on projects intended to inform governance and public policy in India.

Requisiti
Age up to 35 years as of 2026-01-01 and a postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognised institution; candidates with backgrounds in public policy, governance, social sciences, economics, law, or management are encouraged. The programme has three professional streams with specific experience requirements: fresh postgraduates (no prior work experience required but internships/research mandatory), social sector professionals (minimum three years' experience), and corporate professionals (minimum five years' experience).

Selection involves a national-level virtual bootcamp (participants shortlisted to ~100), facilitator-led assessments to shortlist 40, panel interviews, and final selection of 20 fellows; application via the organiser's application form.
