OECD Young Associates Programme (YAP) 2026–2028

The OECD Young Associates Programme (YAP) is a two-year, full-time professional development programme for recent undergraduates interested in multilateral public policy, research and global affairs. It provides direct mentorship from OECD senior managers, hands-on experience in research and event coordination, and exposure to high-level policy work in Paris. Selected candidates are assigned to OECD directorates and special bodies for two years starting in September 2026.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's or equivalent degree with graduation between 1 January 2025 and 1 September 2026, be a national of an OECD Member country, have a GPA of at least 3.0/4.0, be fluent in English or French with a plan to reach the other language, and be able to start in September 2026 in Paris.
