The OECD Young Associates Program (YAP) is a two-year, fully funded professional programme in Paris that offers undergraduate students experience in multilateral policy making, research and analysis. Fellows work under professionals and may gain exposure to events and conferences, with compensation and allowances provided as part of the package. The program targets students who want to develop professional and research skills in OECD-related policy areas.

Undergraduate students who want to gain professional experience in multilateral policy making and research; must hold a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in the relevant field; applicable nationality is that of an OECD Member country; GPA 3.0/4.0; fluency in English or French; start in September 2026; age up to 65.
