Amujae Initiative

The Amujae Initiative is a leadership program for African women in public service and political life. It offers a lifelong leadership network, strategic coaching, and mentorship from accomplished leaders, aiming to prepare participants to rise to senior public leadership roles and to mentor others.

Women who are citizens of an African country, with proven leadership and a commitment to public service and national development, preparing to seek or advance in senior public leadership within the next five years.
