Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellows Program

The Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellows Program is a fully funded five-month residency in Washington, D.C., for activists, journalists, civil society leaders, and scholars worldwide to conduct independent research on democratic developments and to develop projects related to democracy promotion. Fellows gain access to resources and opportunities to collaborate with a global network of democracy advocates and to work with the National Endowment for Democracy and the Democracy Studies Forum.

Monthly stipend, health insurance, housing, round-trip travel to Washington, D.C., cost of living support, access to an equipped office and a professional network.

Open to activists, journalists, civil society leaders and academics worldwide; English proficiency required; applicants must propose a research project focused on democratic developments.
