The Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellows Program is a fully funded five-month residency in Washington, D.C., for activists, journalists, civil society leaders, and scholars worldwide to conduct independent research on democratic developments and to develop projects related to democracy promotion. Fellows gain access to resources and opportunities to collaborate with a global network of democracy advocates and to work with the National Endowment for Democracy and the Democracy Studies Forum.
