A WE-Heraeus seminar on advances in fabrication and optoelectronic properties of quantum-confined solid-state materials, bringing together bottom-up and top-down nanofabrication communities. The seminar focuses on transport and optics in nanomaterials, characterization techniques, and theoretical modelling relevant to semiconductor physics and plasmonic nanomaterials. The conference language is English. The Wilhelm and Else Heraeus-Foundation covers the cost of full-board accommodation for all participants.
