A WE-Heraeus seminar on advances in fabrication and optoelectronic properties of quantum-confined solid-state materials, bringing together bottom-up and top-down nanofabrication communities. The seminar focuses on transport and optics in nanomaterials, characterization techniques, and theoretical modelling relevant to semiconductor physics and plasmonic nanomaterials.
