The program includes a cultural tour of Singapore and covers travel and accommodation expenses.

応募資格
Open to candidates from Asia and Europe, including early- or mid-career diplomats with a background in relevant fields; applicants should hold an MA or BA with significant diplomatic/work experience and demonstrate proficiency in English.
