The program empowers and connects young women leaders in STEM in the USA and brings participants to spend five weeks in the San Francisco Bay Area or Chicago, engaging in a project at leading companies. It aims to advance participants' careers and inspire others in their communities.

応募資格
Applicants must be women in STEM with at least two years of full-time professional experience and a bachelor’s degree, and must have citizenship or permanent residency in the listed countries with English proficiency and potential visa eligibility.
