US TechWomen Exchange Program 2025

The US TechWomen Exchange Program is a fully funded five-week exchange program in the United States for international participants. The program empowers and connects young women leaders in STEM in the USA and brings participants to spend five weeks in the San Francisco Bay Area or Chicago, engaging in a project at leading companies. It aims to advance participants' careers and inspire others in their communities.

Fully funded five-week exchange with a project placement at leading companies in the USA, housing, meals, travel and local support, and professional experience in STEM fields.

Applicants must be women in STEM with at least two years of full-time professional experience and a bachelor’s degree, and must have citizenship or permanent residency in the listed countries with English proficiency and potential visa eligibility.
