応募資格
Eligible mentees are doctoral candidates and master’s students who are registered at a university or research institute in any country listed in the current external page DAC-list of ODA recipients, except from upper-middle-income countries.
応募方法
Completed electronic application form with required documents (budget, letters of support, reference letter, hosting professor support letter, and project/plan materials).
