Pro Helvetia Residency in Switzerland 2027

A residency program for artists and cultural practitioners to spend up to three months immersed in a different daily context in Switzerland. The program is run by Pro Helvetia in collaboration with a network of partners across various artistic fields and formats. Benefits include accommodation, travel costs, daily allowances, a coach from the local artistic field, and potential additional support for production costs and childcare.

Accommodation, travel costs, daily allowances, coaching by a cultural professional, workstation on request, potential contribution towards production costs, and childcare financial support in certain circumstances.

Open to artists and cultural practitioners from the regions of the liaison offices (Arab region, East Asia, South America, South Asia and Vietnam, West Africa, Central Africa, East Africa and Southern Africa) who are active in any disciplines supported by Pro Helvetia. Applications from both individuals and artist duos are accepted.
