Pro Helvetia Residency Program 2026 for Global Creators

The Pro Helvetia Residency Program offers up to three-month residencies at partner institutions in Switzerland for artists and cultural practitioners. It is open to individuals and artist duos active in disciplines supported by Pro Helvetia and with a permanent residence in one of the regions of the liaison offices. The program provides accommodation, travel costs, daily allowances, and professional support to facilitate exchange between Swiss and the applicant’s cultural scene.

Accommodation; Travel costs; Daily allowances; Coach; Workstation (on request); Contribution towards production/material costs (on request); Possible childcare support up to CHF 1,000 per month with prior budgeting.

Artists and cultural practitioners from the regions of the liaison offices who are active in disciplines supported by Pro Helvetia; applications from both individuals and artist duos are accepted.

Submit: title and brief description of the proposal, motivation, desired length of stay, CV and portfolio. All applications must be in English.
